ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders received are subject to acceptance by Tenerife Flowers. We reserve the right to reject any order without providing reasons. If an order is rejected, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full via the payment method used for the order.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Some of our flowers are seasonal and may not be available at the time of your order. If any flowers are not available, we will replace them with the closest alternative available. If the bouquet you have ordered cannot be made, we will contact you to discuss available options.
PAYMENT METHODS
- We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, transfers, and cash.
- We do not store your credit or debit card details.
DELIVERY DATES
- We offer a Next Day delivery service on orders placed before 2 pm.
- If you need delivery on the same day, please call us at +34695972352.
- For delivery at a specific time or on a specific day, please leave a note in your order or contact us at yulyalatyshenko@gmail.com.
- You can also pick up your order from our location in Adeje.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
- To change your order, please contact us via email at yulyalatyshenko@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
DELIVERY POLICY
- We strive to deliver within your nominated delivery day, but it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address during the delivery period. A signature may be required upon delivery.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, and you have not provided specific instructions on where to leave the goods, the delivery will be retained by us. Redelivery will be made at your cost.
- Adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control may result in delayed or canceled deliveries. We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. Our liability will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.
- If you instruct us to leave a delivery unattended at an address, you agree that we are not liable for any issues that may arise, including theft, contamination, or temperature changes.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERIES
- If the goods delivered to you are incomplete or incorrect, you must notify us immediately and within one day of delivery. You will not be charged for any incomplete or incorrect goods. Our liability will be limited to the price of goods not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.
CONFIRMATION & INVOICE
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
- If you need an invoice for your company, please provide the company details in the comments field during checkout.
